Although there was once an optional mechasism for closing eyes on older solid-head Realdolls, the current range (2006) relies on swapping the face for one made with closed eyes.

Closed-eyes faces are not advertised by Abyss Creations, but they make them to order for the same price as an eyes-open face. (They are more difficult to make than the normal eyes-open face, I am told.)
