Miracle of Love (Larger Photo)

When I was a computer programmer for an interactive video training software house in London during the late 1980s, the secretary on our floor was previously the production secretary for the Eurythmics. As well as being extraordinarily beautiful, she always wore a skirt. Me and the other guys kept boxes of floppy disks under her desk. When we needed a new disk, we would just go and get one. She knew what we were up to, but she was very good natured, so she put up with it. I digress...

I bought this red pleat-front dress on February 14th, 2009. It is made by Lipsy of London. The black necklace goes rather well, I think, so I bought that too.

The young lady who runs the small 'boutique' type store where I bought it spent several minutes carefully wrapping it all in pink tissue paper and taping it into a package. She placed the necklace in a small translucent fabric draw-string bag, which she also wrapped up in pink tissue paper. However, she seemed a bit purturbed when I wrote down the URL of this web site for her. Maybe she was wondering how much an inanimate doll would appreciate her efforts.
