In Lean-Back Mode

While the knee joints are still stiff, Realdolls can stand unaided, albeit only when leaning back against something.

However, the joints gradually become looser, and the ability to stand unaided is lost too. You must then resort to hanging them up using the eye-bolt in the back of the neck, if you want to pose them so they appear to be standing.
