The unknown girl is a Realdoll manufactured by Abyss Creations. She is a temporary combination of Virginia's eyes-closed face (face #11) and Joanna's body (body #2). The face is of 'fair' skin tone while the body is of 'medium' skin tone, so the color match is not perfect, but it is reasonable.
