The book I am holding is Still Lovers by Elena Dorfman. It is a 'coffee table' book with an amusing and informative introduction by Élisabeth Alexandre (in English). Elena's doll photographs have been exhibited in galleries around the world, while Élisabeth is well-known in France as a writer and television personality.
