Pearl D is a character in Diary of a Spaceperson by Chris Foss, 1990.
Shortly before this photo shoot I remodelled Caroline's mouth a little (in addition to having glued her lips together in 2009). In this photo by Kharn, some rough edges that resulted from that work have been edited out.
